At LVR & Sons Club, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Room Bookings

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, subject to a processing fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will attract a one-night charge. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if a membership application is rejected by the management, a full refund of the application fee will be processed within 7-10 working days.

3. Event Bookings

Refunds for event bookings are subject to the specific terms mentioned at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank's processing time.
